ABOUT SALLY DIXEY

Co-Founder of Gaia Wellbeing Collective • Laughter Therapist • Holistic Wellness Coach • BSc, Psychology • Comedy-on-Prescription Workshop Facilitator • Mother of two

“As children, we found joy and laughter in everything. So why do we stop when we reach adulthood? As adults, most of us take life too seriously, have lost touch with our playful side, and only laugh under certain circumstances. Laughter isn’t just about fun in the moment—it’s a powerful tool for healing, self-discovery, and feeling good from the inside out.” — Sally Dixey
