“Laughter isn’t just about fun in the moment — it’s a powerful tool for healing, self-discovery, and feeling good from the inside out. As adults, we take life so seriously; we have lost touch with our playful side and only laugh under certain circumstances. How nuts is that? As children, we found joy and laughter in everything, so why stop when we reach adulthood? Give me a good belly laugh any day to shift my state of mind. Why wait for a reason to laugh?” — Sally Dixey
